This photograph was taken at Pecks Cemetery in Decatur, Illinois. The cemetery is a well known haunted location. There was no one in the area when this was taken: Josh from Springfield, Illinois said: “This apparition was no man standing in the picture, it appeared after development. Notice, there is no separation of the shirt and pants…freaky”. A zoom in shows it actually does not look like a human living man to us either.
